The new Astoria Column website was launched. I was the writer on the project, which traces the history of the column and the region, details the artwork on the column’s exterior, and describes all there is to see and do in the area. The legal team has broad legal experience bringing —and winning— cases against institutions of trust. This includes cases against the Boy Scouts of America, Mormon Church, Catholic Church, Jesuits, private schools, and other youth-serving organizations.
Facing sex abuse lawsuits and drop in membership, the Boy Scouts of America announced that they plan to file for bankruptcy protections in federal court. Abusedinboyscouts.com wants to make sure victims of abuse know their rights and options.
